Associate Executive Director at Moorings Park Communities

Moorings Park is hiring an Associate Executive Director to serve as the strategic business leader for community operations across Campus Life, Resident Services, dining, and independent living. The role oversees resident satisfaction, wellness and campus-life programs, administrative front-desk operations, resident committees, resident support initiatives, communications, staffing, and the financial performance of reporting departments. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, professional experience in premier hospitality or retirement living, and at least four years of experience in an assistant director, director, senior manager, or executive support role.
