The Expert Relations Associate will manage a large portfolio of high-value expert relationships, serve as the key point of contact, conduct feedback and intelligence sessions, develop solutions for expert pain points, maintain accurate expert profiles, research engagement opportunities, and recruit specialists. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, listening, problem-solving, compliance, and adaptability skills, with client or relationship-management experience preferred.
