Associate Facilities Analyst at Boeing

Spirit AeroSystems is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Associate (Level 2) in Wichita to plan and coordinate physical-asset maintenance, schedule equipment and systems, analyze maintenance data, maintain work-order and equipment records, manage CMMS systems, monitor performance KPIs, and recommend continuous improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience or relevant experience without higher education, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills; facilities, project-management, OSHA, Maximo, Power BI, SQL, and bilingual English/Spanish experience are preferred. The position is union-represented and offers a base pay range of $57,850 to $88,650.
