Description
Slip Robotics is hiring an Associate Field Robotics Engineer to own fleet-wide reliability for deployed autonomous loading and unloading robots. The role investigates systemic failures, develops and validates root-cause analysis reports, performs hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting and hypothesis-driven testing, and builds a preventative maintenance program for SlipBot and SlipLift ALRs. The engineer partners with Diagnostic Engineering, Quality, Field Maintenance, and Field Engineering, documents failure trends, and may travel up to 50%. The position requires 3–6 years of relevant reliability or field service experience, formal root-cause analysis methodology, electromechanical troubleshooting, technical writing, and the ability to build processes from scratch.
