Emerson is hiring a Field Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina to support the installation, start-up, operation, maintenance, and repair of complex distributed control systems, subsystems, and control equipment at customer locations. The role includes advising customers, directing customer personnel, performing quality-control tests, writing maintenance procedures, and documenting engineering activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical curriculum, 0–2 years of related experience, the ability to travel up to 75%, and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
