Description
The Associate Financial Analyst supports monthly financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounts payable, inventory and cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and business performance reporting. The role partners with accounting, procurement, operations, and supply chain teams, maintains financial data integrity and internal controls, and improves reporting processes through automation and standardization. It requires a bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, and proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems such as SAP. The position is with Sharp Manufacturing Company of America, a U.S. manufacturing facility of Sharp Electronics Corporation, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
