Ecolab is hiring a Financial Analyst for its Distributor Finance department within Global Business Services. The role supports month-end closes, distributor incentive programs, rebate accruals and payments, accounts receivable analysis, SAP resale-processing KPI reporting, monthly processing controls, and ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics, 4 to 6 years of professional experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
