Description
VRC is hiring a Financial Reporting Valuation Analyst to conduct purchase-price-allocation, impairment, stock-compensation, and international-tax-restructuring valuations. The role involves building and modifying financial models, researching markets and capital markets, managing client-ready deliverables, directing analyst-level staff, training analysts, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates need 4 to 6 years of valuation or public-accounting valuation experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, extensive Excel knowledge, and current United States work authorization without visa sponsorship.
