Guardian Storage is hiring an Associate Flex Manager to manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility, support revenue and occupancy growth, handle customer sales and inquiries, market the store, and maintain the property in coordination with maintenance. The role requires at least two years of sales or management experience, one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and availability to travel to multiple locations throughout the Pittsburgh area.
