The role supports revenue and occupancy growth, handles customer sales and inquiries, markets the store, and maintains the property in coordination with maintenance. Candidates need at least two years of sales or management experience, one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the area.
