Description

Cresta is seeking an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager to join their AI Agents team. This customer-facing role involves creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents to enhance customer experiences for strategic and Fortune 500 companies. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior Product Managers and Engineers to develop AI Agent products, driving deployments from pre-sales to post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include defining AI roadmaps, iterating prompt engineering, conducting evaluations and A/B tests, and improving agent development playbooks.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer / Sales Engineer, Revenue & Sales Analyst, Investment Banking, Founder)
Preferred Qualifications: Previous exposure via clients or projects to the travel & hospitality, healthcare, insurance, and financial industry domains.
Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
Experience working closely with AI or LLM-first products.
Technical understanding, systems thinking and exposure to building Agents (not necessarily conversational, personal projects count!).
