BlackRock is hiring an Associate FP&A Analyst for its Technology & Operations FP&A team. The role partners with Enterprise Services and Finance stakeholders to provide cost reporting, expense forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis, and governance. Responsibilities include building scalable forecast models, using advanced Excel and AI-enabled tools, translating financial results into actionable insights, and improving forecasting and reporting processes. The position requires a 2:1 degree or above, an accounting qualification, and 4+ years of work experience, and follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
