RH is hiring an Associate Gallery Leader to lead all facets of a luxury home furnishings gallery, including service delivery, team leadership and development, talent attraction, operational execution, customer and associate experience, and human resources issue resolution. The role requires 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail, strong organization, analytical and decision-making abilities, luxury design knowledge, and proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications. The position involves regular on-site gallery work and physical activity, including lifting items up to 25 pounds.
