Description
The Associate Gallery Leader will lead a cross-functional team across the business, delivering luxury-service experiences, coaching and developing associates, driving engagement and accountability, attracting talent, and addressing human resources concerns. The role requires at least seven years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail, along with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and design-aesthetic skills, plus proficiency with Mac, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
