The Associate Game Designer will create and refine Dungeons & Dragons game content, including monsters, magic items, spells, narratives, encounters, and rules, under senior designers. The role involves playtesting, player-feedback analysis, design documentation, publication preparation, balance and consistency reviews, and collaboration with artists, editors, producers, and other designers. It is based in Renton, Washington, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, and pays $33.30–$50 USD.
