Description
Huron is hiring an Associate, GenAI Engineer to develop agent components and templates, orchestrate agentic AI workflows, manage MCP integrations, evaluate and tune models, lead small implementation projects, document reusable AI solutions, perform QA and debugging, analyze usage feedback, and support training and knowledge sharing. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with generative AI, AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, agentic coding tools, AI workflow design, MCP, model evaluation, documentation, and version control. The position is remote-eligible in the United States and offers an estimated base salary of $85,000–$110,000 USD plus incentive compensation.
