Description
The Associate General Counsel reports to the Vice President and General Counsel, providing comprehensive legal services to the University. This role involves offering advanced legal advice and strategic direction to senior leadership on various complex matters such as real estate, facilities operations, taxation, finance, commercial transactions, investments, advancement activities, and corporate governance. The Associate General Counsel exercises significant independent judgment, manages institutional risk, and collaborates with external counsel.
