Alarm.com is hiring an Associate General Counsel to report to the VP of Legal and provide broad legal and corporate advice across its company and portfolio businesses. The role covers commercial contracts and transactions, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, regulatory matters, intellectual property, employment, litigation, securities, financial reporting, and strategic activities. Candidates need a J.D. from a leading law school, at least five years of relevant in-house or large-law-firm experience, strong commercial contract and negotiation skills, and Virginia Bar membership or eligibility. The position offers a base salary of $178,950 to $223,250 USD, subsidized medical options, an HSA, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
