Description
AppViewX is hiring an Associate General Counsel for a remote United States role. The position owns the end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle, advises on contractual and data privacy risks, supports employee relations and HR legal matters, and assists with governance, board and equity matters, and external counsel relationships. The role requires a J.D., active U.S. bar membership, at least eight years of legal experience including significant in-house technology or SaaS experience, and expertise in commercial contracting and data privacy compliance.
