The Associate General Counsel serves as a senior legal advisor to senior management and employees, providing enterprise counsel across insurance law, contract negotiation, reinsurance, privacy and data security, health law, professional liability claims, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. The role leads contract and reinsurance negotiations, advises on privacy, security, and artificial intelligence governance, supports health-product initiatives, and manages professional liability and litigation matters. It requires a Juris Doctor, law-practice licensure, at least 10 years of relevant legal experience, and knowledge of insurance, privacy, health law, and litigation; the position offers a target base salary of $200,000 and hybrid or remote work options.
