Description
Flex is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team and lead complex transactions critical to its business. The role will develop scalable legal solutions through training and technology, support commercial, product, and business matters, negotiate and draft strategic agreements, build legal infrastructure, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fintech environment. The position requires at least seven years of post-JD transactional experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and active membership in a US state bar; fintech, payments, or consumer credit experience is a plus.
