Premier Health is hiring an Associate General Counsel to support the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Chief Legal Officer in managing legal affairs for Premier Health Partners and its affiliated entities. The role provides healthcare legal advice on regulatory compliance, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, contracting, risk management, patient relations, medical staff issues, corporate governance, real estate, and labor and employment matters, while advising administration and clinical staff, reviewing legal documents, developing policies, and serving on hospital and affiliate committees. The position is full-time, day-shift, and requires local candidates to commute and work in person often at Dayton, Ohio area offices.
