Description
Range is hiring an Associate General Counsel to serve as the day-to-day legal partner for its business teams in an early-stage fintech legal function. The role owns commercial contract review and negotiation, regulatory matters for investment adviser and broker-dealer operations, corporate and transactional work, regulatory inquiries and examinations, product legal considerations, legal developments, training, and outside counsel management. It is based at Range's headquarters in McLean, Virginia, with an in-office Monday-through-Friday schedule, and requires a JD from an accredited law school, active U.S. state bar membership, and relevant in-house legal experience.
