Description
Renuity is hiring an Associate General Counsel to serve as a strategic legal and business partner across commercial contracting, marketing and consumer compliance, employment and labor, litigation and dispute resolution, licensing and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and legal operations. The role advises executive and functional leaders, manages outside counsel, supervises legal support staff, develops legal processes and training, and acts as a backup to the General Counsel. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, active bar membership, and 10+ years of legal experience, with law firm and in-house experience preferred.
