Rithum is hiring an Associate General Counsel, Americas to advise business leaders across the Americas region on commercial transactions, employment matters, corporate governance, data privacy, compliance, risk management, and emerging AI technologies. The role requires at least 10 years of relevant law-firm or in-house legal experience, a Juris Doctor, active bar membership, commercial contract expertise, employment-law experience, and fluency with multiple AI platforms. The position offers a base salary of $185,000-$260,000 per year, a discretionary bonus of 15% of base salary, and remote-first working conditions.
