The position involves drafting and negotiating complex sales, services, technology, distribution, and dealer agreements; advising business and technical teams on legal risks, deal structures, and company policies; and assisting with corporate governance, compliance, employment, and export compliance matters. Candidates need a Juris Doctorate or equivalent, 3–9 years of experience, strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, and U.S. citizenship. The role is based in the San Diego, California area, requires travel of up to 10%, and offers an annual salary of $160,000–$230,000 USD.
