USAC is hiring an Associate General Counsel for its Office of General Counsel to support the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel with in-house legal matters, with emphasis on employment law, litigation, administrative regulatory law, FCC regulations, and telecommunications. The role advises on the administration of the four Universal Service Fund programs, handles appeals and regulatory inquiries, ensures compliance, prepares legal documents, and coordinates with internal divisions. Candidates need a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to at least one state bar, and a minimum of seven years of directly related experience.
