Patch is hiring an Associate General Counsel, Commercial to own the company’s commercial legal function, structure and negotiate complex enterprise agreements, advise executives on legal risk, create commercial playbooks and environmental-commodity templates, and develop risk and compliance frameworks. The role requires at least six years of legal experience, including three years in commercial contracting, and professional experience in software, advisory, or financial services.
