ALDI is hiring an Associate General Counsel for its National Legal & Compliance team in Aurora, Illinois. The role leads commercial attorneys and professionals, advises executives on commercial transactions, M&A, marketing, privacy, and other regulatory matters, negotiates and manages enterprise agreements, and oversees legal strategy, risk management, process improvement, and team performance. It is a full-time hybrid position with remote work up to three days per week, starting at $258,750, and requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of progressive legal experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and Illinois bar admission or immediate ability to become licensed.
