Description
agilon health seeks a remote Associate General Counsel, Contracts to support Medicare Advantage payor contracting and vendor contracting across the full contract lifecycle. The role involves negotiating risk agreements, drafting and maintaining contract templates, advising on healthcare regulations, managing post-execution matters, handling technology and other commercial vendor agreements, and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, IT, Security, Privacy, and business teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant transactional legal experience, healthcare payor or value-based care exposure, a Juris Doctor degree, and an active U.S. law license.
