Mysten Labs is hiring a Corporate Counsel to report to the General Counsel and own a broad range of corporate legal matters. The role covers strategic transactions, corporate governance, structuring, finance, tax, employment and compensation, subsidiary governance, transaction documents, risk analysis, and management of outside counsel. It requires 8+ years of relevant legal experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, U.S. state bar membership, and eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in California. The position is remote-first and open to candidates worldwide.
