Snappy is hiring a remote Associate General Counsel, Director, based in the United States and working Eastern Time. The role leads commercial contracting, enterprise and strategic deal support, legal advice across business teams, data protection and privacy matters, legal operations, and broader corporate and employment issues. Candidates need a J.D. from an accredited law school, active membership in a U.S. state bar, and approximately six or more years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial contracting experience. The position offers a base salary of $190,000 to $230,000 plus a 15% annual target bonus, along with free healthcare, vision, dental, a 401(k) match, flexible PTO, paid family leave, and other benefits.
