Description
The Associate General Counsel will provide primary strategic legal counsel on clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical services, including clinical trials, patient access, pharmacovigilance, real-world evidence, data management, and regulatory documentation. The role also supports privacy and data protection, advises on EU and multi-jurisdictional employment matters, and handles contracts, vendor agreements, compliance, and complex regulatory issues. It requires at least 15 years of legal experience, including 7 years in-house, along with expertise in global clinical trials, privacy frameworks, EU workforce law, and life sciences technology.
