StepStone is hiring a Senior Legal Advisor for its Corporate Legal team to provide U.S. and global labor and employment, compensation, benefits, privacy, governance, and related corporate legal advice. The role includes advising on employment disputes, executive and employee compensation, privacy and technology matters, employee benefits, cross-border workforce issues, ESG disclosures, and commercial agreements, while managing outside counsel and developing legal processes. Candidates need a four-year college degree and law degree from a top-tier S. law school, approximately 8 to 12 years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience, and significant U.S. labor and employment expertise. The position pays $250,000 to $300,000 and is hybrid.
