Description
NCQA is hiring an Associate General Counsel, Programs and Privacy to serve as a senior attorney and the organization’s designated Privacy Official. The role provides strategic legal counsel on privacy, HIPAA, cybersecurity, healthcare regulation, data governance, research compliance, accreditation and certification, program integrity, enterprise risk, investigations, and litigation. It reports to the General Counsel and works with cross-functional teams across product, technology, research, compliance, human resources, finance, and executive leadership. The position requires a Juris Doctor, active bar admission, and approximately 7–10 years of relevant legal experience, with compensation of $250,000–$275,000 per year plus an annual incentive bonus.
