Description
The Associate General Manager supports the General Manager in maximizing sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the store’s visual and operational standards, including shrink, wage costs, and clienteling. The role supervises staff, develops sales associates, handles staffing and scheduling, controls company assets, maintains cash and inventory accuracy, executes merchandising and visual directives, and represents Veronica Beard’s fashion standards. The position is based in Dallas and requires at least two years of store or assistant manager experience in women’s apparel or a related field, along with flexible scheduling and strong communication and observation skills.
