Description
The Associate General Manager supports the General Manager at Veronica Beard’s Madison Ave location by leading sales, staffing, training, visual merchandising, inventory, cash, loss prevention, and store operations. The role assumes Manager-on-Duty responsibilities, develops high-performing teams, and requires at least two years of store or assistant manager experience in women’s apparel or a related field. The base salary is $75,000 to $80,000, with additional benefits, incentives, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
