WSP is hiring an Associate Geotechnical Engineer in Brighton to provide technical and operational leadership across complex geotechnical and multidisciplinary projects. The role covers ground modelling, geotechnical assessments, design review, project and portfolio performance, client and stakeholder relationships, bids and proposals, and the technical and managerial development of engineers and engineering geologists. Candidates should have substantial geotechnical, engineering geology, and ground-risk experience, strong project and commercial leadership, and chartered status or an equivalent professional qualification.
