The Associate – Global Markets Documentation is responsible for preparing and negotiating legal documentation with global counterparties for various trading products, including cash prime brokerage and equity derivatives. This role involves assisting with negotiations, participating in internal discussions, liaising with internal stakeholders, and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives. The associate will manage a robust portfolio of capital markets regulatory agreements, ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
