Description

The Associate – Global Markets Documentation is a critical member of the Advisory Contract and Execution (ACE) Team at TD Securities. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of capital markets clients globally, focusing on reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements for various trading products like derivatives, foreign exchange, and commodities. The associate ensures regulatory compliance, mitigates legal and credit risks, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver a client-centric experience. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, working under tight deadlines and across multiple time zones.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1+ years of solid legal, trading documentation, capital markets, origination or related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and drafting ability.
