The Specialist, Global Payroll analyzes and reviews payroll compliance processes, maintains payroll records, reconciles payments and deductions, calculates gross and net pay, processes tax and benefits reporting, troubleshoots employee payroll issues, and coordinates with internal and third-party payroll partners. The role requires at least five years of payroll experience, including three years in United States payroll, along with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills. A university degree is preferred, and the role is listed at career level 6IC.
