Gemini is hiring an Associate, Growth Marketing (Advanced Trading Products) to own go-to-market strategy and execution for advanced trading, stocks, and perpetuals, while building developer and power-user communities. The role partners with product, design, engineering, business development, and brand teams; creates technical content and campaigns; manages developer programs and community relationships; and monitors funnel performance. It requires 2–4 years of growth, product, or lifecycle marketing experience, familiarity with DeFi or onchain trading products, strong written communication, AI-stack fluency, and data literacy. The role is based in New York City, with in-person work twice weekly, and offers a base salary of $82,500–$110,000 plus bonus, equity, health plans, retirement matching, parental leave, and flexible time off.
