Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is hiring an on-site Associate, Guest Experience Operations in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role provides customer service to museum and venue guests, supports admissions and membership transactions, answers questions, monitors safety and security, reports hazards and incidents, operates ticketing systems and cash drawers, assists with events, handles evacuations and difficult situations, escorts visitors, and drives company vehicles. Regular evening and weekend work is required, along with prolonged standing and walking, outdoor assignments, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
