Description
The Associate Hitting Analyst will develop analytical tools and systems for baseball hitting evaluation, research performance trends, and translate data and modeling results into actionable recommendations for player development and player acquisition. The role involves analyzing new data sources, collaborating with Biomechanics, Performance, and Data Science teams, identifying players with improvement potential, and using baseball technology and programming to support decision-making. The position requires statistical modeling, baseball technology knowledge, collaboration, communication, project management, and experience with R, Python, or similar languages and SQL, with a pay range of $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
