Description
Netskope is hiring an Associate HR Business Partner (P2) in Tokyo, Japan, to serve as the primary HR contact for Japanese employees, support employee relations and engagement, execute onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and recognition programs, align local needs with regional and global HR functions, and ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and benefits. The role requires 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience, native or fluent Japanese and professional English, knowledge of Japanese employment standards, and the ability to work on-site on designated in-office days.
