Boll & Branch is hiring an Associate HR Generalist, also described in the posting as an Associate Business Partner, Retail, to support recruiting and HR operations for its growing U.S. retail store footprint. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for new store openings, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee lifecycle updates, straightforward employee relations matters, compliance and background checks, and the end-to-end Corporate Summer Internship Program. It is based in Summit, New Jersey, with in-person work at least two days per week and flexibility to work remotely on other days, plus periodic travel to U.S. stores and company locations.
