Description
The Associate I, Health Claims supports Carnival Corporation’s crew health operations by managing medical case documentation, coordinating with crew, providers, medical teams, and external vendors, handling sick-wage and administrative tasks, and assisting with audits and workflow improvements. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent coursework, at least one year of similar experience, Microsoft Office and PowerPlatform proficiency, and familiarity with medical terminology. It is an in-office position in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, with Monday through Thursday office work and Friday home work.
