Karya is hiring an Associate - Impact Program to support the design, execution, tracking, and reporting of impact programs. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, monitors project timelines and deliverables, analyzes program data, maintains dashboards, supports evaluation activities, and prepares documentation and stakeholder updates. It is a hybrid position based in Delhi, Chennai, or Bangalore and requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with dashboarding and data tools.
