BlackRock is hiring an Associate to support its investment accounting platform migrations team for insurance clients. The role focuses on asset onboarding, variance analysis, stabilizing the monthly close, transitioning to client production support, improving process controls and user experience, and collaborating with product, engineering, and other teams. Responsibilities include understanding BlackRock’s accounting capabilities, implementing proprietary accounting software, analyzing accounting data flows, and supporting regulatory and accounting-standard compliance. The position requires at least five years of investment or markets experience focused on investment accounting, knowledge of financial reporting and financial instruments, and fluency in English. It follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
