Kroo Bank is seeking an Associate in Structured Finance to join their team. This role involves supporting the origination, structuring, execution, and ongoing management of structured lending transactions. The associate will work across the entire transaction lifecycle, requiring detailed credit analysis, financial modeling, documentation support, and portfolio performance oversight. Key responsibilities include developing financial models, preparing credit papers, coordinating due diligence, analyzing financial statements, identifying risks, negotiating facility agreements, managing portfolio performance, and conducting credit reassessments.
